What are the improved liposuction techniques?
Liposuction is a cosmetic surgery done by a cosmetic surgeon to remove excess fat from body parts like abdomen, thighs, Chin, neck, buttocks, legs, hips and waist to improve body shape. It is called body contouring in medical terminology. When diet and exercise are not sufficient to eliminate the pockets of excess fat that accumulated in the body, liposuction in Dubai is preferred.
Now we have improved the techniques that are much safer easier and less painful. The new and improved technique include-
- Tumescent liposuction (fluid injection) – it is the most common method used by cosmetic surgeons. The surgeon injects a large amount of anesthetic solution containing lidocaine and epinephrine into the fatty tissues before the fat is removed.
The local anesthetic is used to numb the area of the body where that you were cannula or suction tube will be inserted. epinephrine is used to control the blood loss, swelling and bruising. They’re in trouble you’re so salty so you return removes the fat easily.
Tumescent liposuction does not require a general anesthesia to make you sleep throughout the procedure. This procedure takes long longer time when compared to other procedures.
Ultrasound-assisted liposuction (UAL) – This method uses ultrasonic vibrations to convert fat cells into the fluid. At that point, the cells can be vacuumed out. This method can be done in two ways, external or internal.
The method helpful in removing fat from thick, fibrous parts of the body, neck, upper abdomen, the upper back or engorged male breast tissue. UAL is regularly utilized as follow-up methods with the tumescent strategy, or for better results.
Laser-assisted liposuction (LAL)-This method uses lower energy laser waves with to convert the fat into liquid, then the liquid is vacuumed are through small tubes. As LAL uses smaller tubes, surgeons prefer this method to contour areas like Chin and face. This method is preferred as the energy from LAL stimulates collagen production which prevents skin sagging.
Liposuction is done as an outpatient procedure by an experienced cosmetic surgeon in equipped clinic or hospital. It may involve a painful recovery. Very few patients have serious or rare fatal complications.
